Middle West Press is currently open for full-length poetry manuscripts with intersections of themes of military experience or service (military, dependents, and civilians). The deadline for manuscript submissions is March 5, 2023. Middle West Press is also looking for individual poems and micro-stories about items worn/used/carried in military service (military, dependents, and civilians all welcome to submit. The deadline for anthology submissions is May 2, 2023. Submissions are free for both catecories and are made through Submittable.
